House budget plan to include repeal of Affordable Care Act
A House
Republican budget proposal will include language to allow a repeal of
the Affordable Care Act by a simple majority vote in the Senate. Future
Medicare beneficiaries would receive support to buy private insurance,
and Medicaid spending would be reduced and delivered as block grants to
