Standing desks can cause problems if not used properly, experts say
Standing
desks offer an alternative to sitting for most of the day -- which has
been linked to an increased risk of cardiovascular disease, diabetes and
other health problems -- but some people may be causing themselves harm
by not using the desks properly, experts say. Taking breaks from
standing, avoiding unsupportive footwear and keeping knees bent are all
ways to help avoid pain. CBS News
